Today I'm up on the Pebbles blog with two "whip it up" projects-- i.e. layouts that can be completed in 30 minutes or less. Head over there to see my list of strategies to complete layouts quickly!
First I did this two pager about Lily's first day of pre-school, or "pee-school" as she calls it:

Lots of circle embells and simple, clean lines.
Then with the scraps, I threw this layout together in about 8 minutes. I love this photo from my bridal shower, but I wasn't a scrapper back then, and it's rare that I take the time to go back and scrap photos from before I was married. This is a good way to do that-- using whatever I had from a recent layout and JUST STICKING IT DOWN!
This shot was taken by a family friend on an instant film camera. I guess the film wasn't loaded properly because the left third of the entire roll was black! You'd never know it, though. I just trimmed that part away. It just goes to show that a photo doesn't have to be perfect-- to be the perfect photo for your layout. (Oh, what a cheesy line! lol!)
Both of these are gorgeous LIsa!
